How to Use

Step 1: Company Information

Fill in your company details including name, contact person, email, phone, and address. This information appears as the “From” section on your invoice.

Step 2: Client Information

Enter your client’s information including company name, contact person, email, phone, and billing address. This appears as the “To” section on your invoice.

Step 3: Invoice Details

Set the invoice number, issue date, and due date. These help track your invoices and communicate payment expectations.

Step 4: Add Items

Add products or services to your invoice. For each item, enter a description, quantity, and rate. The amount is calculated automatically. Use the “Add Item” button to add more items.

Step 5: Set Tax & Discounts

Enter the tax rate as a percentage and any discount amount. The system will automatically calculate the final totals.

Step 6: Add Notes

Step 7: Preview & Print

How to Export as PDF:

1 Click the “Print Invoice” button or use your browser’s print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P)
2 In the print dialog, select “Save as PDF” or “Microsoft Print to PDF” as the destination
3 Choose your preferred paper size (A4 recommended for invoices)
4 Click “Save” and choose your file location
